What makes Pilar Pava Events unique? We have years of experience in working with non-profit events ranging from 19 people gatherings to grand balls of over 2,500 attendees.

We understand organizations and understand the communication that it's needed to ensure success.  We will liaise with the organization leadership to understand current challenges. 

We will assist with the planning, design, and production or simply be an observer offering the benefit of our experience.

We will conduct market research, gather information, and assist negotiating in contracts prior to closing any deals. 

We are available to review, timelines, vendors, budget, marketing, printing materials, partnerships, sponsorship, logistics, media relations, promotions, registration, auctions, volunteers & staffing. We can organize a post-event review, as well as assist with a strategy for donor follow up.  We will ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.

Pilar Pava Events team can assist event day with setting up, management of the shows, registration, auction, stage management, donor relation, and proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.

We will provide a post-analysis of the event, making recommendations for improvements, and then assist event staff to execute the changes for the next event.

We function as a Corporate Concierge who is the personal liaison between the client and all of their destination needs. From site selection, local vendors, staff support, themed events, transportation, logistics, tours, entertainment, restaurant reservations, and more.

We will put together everything from Birth Day Parties, Graduations, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Quinceañeras, Golf  and Polo Tournaments, Product Launches, Fundraising Events, and more.  Our service and unparalleled attention will ensure each event as memorable.

We bring the vision of our couples to life by planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of their wedding, including rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. We specialize in Destination Weddings and Wedding Traditions Around the World.
