As the founder and lead event planner in Miami, I built this company to help clients turn that vision into reality, whether it’s a luxury Miami wedding, a high-profile corporate event, or a show-stopping trade show experience.
Before launching my boutique event planning firm, I served as an in-house events director for several prestigious organizations. That experience gave me the foundation to plan, manage, and produce events of all sizes, always aligned with the unique goals of each client.
What sets me apart from other event planners in Miami? I’ve successfully managed every element of event production, from intimate private gatherings to large-scale events with headline entertainment. My background includes working in Las Vegas at the city’s first Performing Arts Center and collaborating with producers from Cirque du Soleil and top-tier casino shows.
Now based in Miami, I bring that expertise to every project, offering full-service event planning, creative direction, and access to a trusted network of high-end vendors and partners.
With a degree in graphic design, I offer a strong creative eye for every detail from invitations and branding to décor, lighting, and table presentation. Whether we’re designing a custom trade show booth, planning a destination wedding, or producing a corporate gala, I ensure the visual identity of your event is cohesive and elevated.
My global travel experience gives me a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, making me especially skilled at planning multicultural weddings and international destination events. I take pride in my strong organizational skills, attention to detail, contract negotiation abilities, and the ability to manage complex budgets and logistics.
PROVEN EXPERIENCE
I’ve had the honor of serving as an in-house event director for several prestigious organizations, where I led the planning and execution of high-end corporate events, fundraising galas, luxury weddings, and large-scale show productions. In each role, I managed every aspect of event logistics, from AV coordination and stage management to detailed run-of-show creation, precise floor plans and event diagrams, catering and plating, tenting, valet services, registration, and RSVP management for events at full capacity.
I’ve also directed silent and live auctions, live appeals, and multi-layered event production schedules, all while ensuring seamless guest experiences. While many event planners in Miami may specialize in one or two of these areas, I bring comprehensive expertise across every component of event design, logistics, and execution.

I was responsible for the direction and management of an average of 250 internal and rental events per year and led every aspect – from conception to contract negotiations, along with planning the design and decor, and leading the production, operations, budget oversight, and logistics – for events attracting guests totaling anywhere from five to 5,000.
